Uphill Juniors do well in the Avon Feathers Challenge 2005 Badminton Tournament

Uphill Badminton Club Junior Section entered six juniors in the U 16's and eight juniors in the U12's Avon Feather Challenge Badminton Tournament held at

St. Ursulas School in Bristol. This is a tournament for non-county players with an emphasis on enjoyment, encouragement and a showcase for new talent from a wide range of young players. Prize Giving

Uphill Badminton Club held its end of season prize giving, together with a lively disco, at the Weston Cricket Club. The Chairman, Dave Pope, presented all the trophies and prizes and thanked Eddy Prest for his arrangement and running of all the internal Club senior competitions. He also thanked Ellie Hart for all her work in arranging the disco and providing a range of social activities for the Club over the past season.
