Badminton Success for Scott Horsnell

Scott Horsnell from Wyvern School, who has come up through the Uphill junior badminton development programme and the Avon County juniors, is starting to flourish in the County U 15's and the Uphill adult League teams.

Uphill Claim Six Trophies At League Presentations

Uphill Badminton Club received six of the North Somerset Leagues eleven trophies at the League presentation evening, making it their best season yet, both from the badminton and social point of view. The club has 163 members varying in age between 5 and 70 years and is one of the largest in the South West. The Club had nine league teams in action this season.
